Unnathi CNC – since 2007

Unnathi CNC Technologies Pvt. Ltd is an AS9100D AND ISO 9001-2015 certified company that specialized in machined components for Small, Large & OEM manufacturers.

Unnathi CNC provides machined components to firms requiring high precision CNC turning and machining of alloy metals and exotic materials for Aerospace Components, Agricultural Sector, Medical Industries and Industrial Sector.

Our focus is to provide exceptional services and solutions to our customers by working closely with their engineers and design teams. We are committed to the quality of our products and our aim is to continually improve all of our processes.

Since 2007

Company was founded in the year of 2007 as a partnership firm with 4 partners.
Taken 1000 Sq.feet shed on rental basis.
Purchased 1 CNC Turning machine.

Added 2 more CNC Turning Machines.
Converted in to Private Limited company with 4 Directors on Board
Added 2 Vertical Machining Centers.
Shifted to 3000 Sq. feet rented premises.
Added Profile Projector

Added 2 more CNC Turning Machines.
Added Digital Height Master

Added 2 Vertical Machining Centers, one with 5th axis & another with 4th axis.
Added 4th axis to existing 2 VMC’s.

Purchased & moved in to our own Premises of 12000 Sq. feet land with built up of 7000 Sq.feet

No additional capacity added this year

Added 1 CNC turning Machines.

Coated floor with epoxy paint to ensure dust free environment

Added 2 VMV’s with 5th Axis.

Added one Automatic cylindrical grinding Machine
